
Is picking out a bulb tough? If your75 watt bulb blew out you get another 75 bulb to replace it. Is there any need to stand in front of the bulbs and pick up every bulb to see if it's the right one?

The only reason I can think of is some bulbs burn "whiter" than others. Example: Reveal bulbs emit a "whiter" light because of a coating the company puts on the glass. It's an issue for people like you, Zapple, who are artists and painters.
