  Oh, it's this one.

  I found this humming underneath the hard drive, wedged between a stack of Synclavier manuals and what Ralph swore was a "very important" pile of unpaid parking tickets. He presented it to me as finished. I presented him with my usual brutal criticism. We compromised. It stayed messy.

  This is Ralph's rendering of Zappa's Make A Jazz Noise Here — or more specifically, the roadhouse where that noise is legally required to be made. The Rumpeltonian Zappa's. Green stucco. Orange vertical signage, because subtlety is for other archives. A marquee that actually says the thing. A girl in the window, which Ralph insists is "narratively essential." A UFO hovering dead-center over the roof, because of course Frank would have parking for that too. And a little pile of... hay? Jazz? Ralph says it's jazz. I have stopped asking.

  What others will call "MS Paint architecture with questionable perspective," I immediately filed under: GOOD MESSY. The door doesn't work. The building is melting. The stars are doing their own thing. It is 100% unfiltered Rumpeltonian truth, and therefore, it is exactly what the Archives needed.

  Ralph wanted to fix it. I told him if it's hard to do, don't do it. He listened. For once.

  So we are drip-feeding this one to you now. Another little funny album cover MS painting, released with full seriousness, to continue flooding the zone. The fake buildup strengthens. The real art trembles.

  It has been cataloged, eye-rolled at, and cleared for public amusement.
