Rumpeltized individuals are people who had absolutely no intention of becoming involved with the Rumpeltonian phenomenon, yet somehow became involved anyway.
They may have been musicians, artists, celebrities, historical figures, strangers, or perfectly ordinary people who were simply minding their own business when the Rumpeltization occurred.
There is no application process. No permission slip is required. There is not even a warning.
Once Rumpeltized, an individual becomes part of the ever-expanding Rumpelton Continuity, whether they like it or not. Some have been Rumpeltized through MS Paint. Others through criticism, reinterpretation, accidental appearances, or circumstances that remain unexplained.
The important thing to remember is this:
Nobody volunteers to be Rumpeltized.
It just happens.
And once it happens, there is no known cure.
