Dylan and Rumpelton Have Something in Common

"Bob Dylan got booed at Newport in ’65 for plugging in and shocking the folk world. Fast forward 60 years, and here I am, facing my own tiny rebellion: my MS Paint rendition of BOB DYLAN’S GREATEST HITS VOL. II just got downvoted by the Folk Reddit crowd. Twenty-five upvotes in the Dylan Circle Jerk, zero—or maybe even a sneaky downvote—from the purists. Clearly, controversy runs in the family. Somewhere, Dylan is either laughing, shaking his head, or wondering why a pixelated rendition of his album can provoke so much outrage. Welcome to the tradition of making people uncomfortable… one chord, one pixel at a time."
